Maximum Security (ISO 27001 Ready)

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enhance your account protection with TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) using any standard authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
Audit Trails: A new database table provides seamless documentation of all changes in Identity & Access Management and critical business operations. Please note: These trails are currently maintained internally and can be requested at any time via the Zippsafe Customer Success team.

Note for Admins: 2FA can now be activated globally in the settings.

Efficient Administration: Ignore inactivity alerts for multiple units simultaneously via table selection.

Server Protection: Server information is hidden from public view. Benefit: This makes it much harder for malicious actors to attempt targeted cyberattacks on the platform.
Security Mechanisms: We added a validation for multiple query parameters, strict length limits, and comprehensive input control. Benefit: This protects your account from common data-injection exploits and prevents system crashes from malformed inputs.
Secure Error Reporting: Internal code details are masked in system errors. Benefit: If an error occurs, it displays a user-friendly message while preventing technical system vulnerabilities from being exposed.

Navigation: Mistyped web addresses or broken links now redirect to the home page instead of an empty error page.
Table Design: Fixed table headers while scrolling and improved text truncation for long labels.
Visual Enhancements: Icons and visual elements now load faster and look sharper. Additionally, we redesigned the configuration page for easier access to bottom rows.
Cleaning Logic: To prevent confusion, cleaning stats and options are now hidden if the cleaning feature is turned off or if no units are in cleaning mode.
Localization: If an error occurs while editing a user profile, the warning message will now accurately display in your preferred regional language.
